Aventure session 16.04.26

By paying the deposit, the Client confirms the booking and agrees to the following terms.

The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of documented force majeure. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the session. In case of cancellation by the Client within 7 days prior to the session, the full amount remains due.

Adventure Sessions often take place in mountain or remote environments. The Client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to weather changes, uneven terrain, altitude, wildlife, and physical exertion. The Client confirms they are physically capable of participating and assumes full responsibility for their own safety.

The Photographer reserves the right to modify the location, timing, or reschedule the session if weather conditions or safety concerns make the original plan unsafe. If rescheduling is not possible due to Client availability, the deposit remains non-refundable.

The Photographer cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including weather conditions, access restrictions, delays caused by the Client, transportation issues, or acts of nature.

Artistic direction, editing style, and final image selection remain at the Photographer’s discretion. RAW files will not be delivered.

In the unlikely event of total technical failure, liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.

By proceeding with payment, the Client confirms full acceptance of these terms.
